Since it's been a bit quiet the last week or so, I'll post a few challenges tonight to try to get things going. First up, word themes. You don't have to use all the words in any given theme set in your story; you can if it works, but you don't have to. The point is to write based on the general theme of the words or what they make you think.

Variations on the "Five Things" challenge have been going around forever, so I figured it was only fitting to do it for the fifth VMFic challenge. There are a couple different options for how to do this one if you're interested. No length limits/minimums or anything, just whatever comes to you.

Ever hear the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words"? Well, the goal of this challenge is to write a story based in some way on one of the pictures below, whether it's the setting, the objects in the picture, or just what you're inspired to do.
